Sweetgrass Galleries recently had the pleasure of working with The French, Executive Chef and Co-owner Vincenzo Bertulia and his vision for the NEW Rouge Steakhouse Restaurant in downtown Naples. 

Chef Bertulia is proudly debuting Rouge Clandestine Steakhouse, a prohibition-era inspired speakeasy. The secluded space with a back alley entrance creates and immediate air of mystery.

This hidden lounge is adorned with luxurious red velvet draperies and features Sweetgrass Galleries’ secret garden of blooming topiary sculptures, signature faux greenery and custom floral table decor.

The rich crimson design exudes a timeless, vintage look of a hush hush rendezvous with the past. The Sweetgrass Gallery greenery panels cater to a softer environment where patrons may find themselves whispering or speaking “easy” while dining.

Rouge transports its guests to a nostalgic time where dining is an experience complete with vintage crafted cocktails, savory steaks and chops and classic french garnitures. Spectacular wine reflections and decadent desserts complete the novel Rouge menu.
